P N Junction Diode Characteristics Apparatus has been designed to plot forward and reverse bias Characteristics of P N Junction Diode. The instrument comprises if the following builtin parts: 1. Two continuously variable DC Regulated power supplies of 0-30V & 0-3V Specifications of Regulated Power Supply: Input Voltage : 230V ± 10% AC, 50 Hz Load Regulation : ±0.2% Line Regulation: ±0.05% Ripple: Less than 3mV R.M.S. Protection against Short Circuit & Overload 2. Two meters to measure voltage & current are provided on the front panel with connections brought out on sockets / terminals. 3. Two P N Diodes are mounted inside the cabinet with connections brought out on sockets to plot the forward and reverse bias characteristics.
